  • Provides on-site service, support, training and quarterly system inspections.

The high standards we set for our technical service representatives allow us to provide the prompt, knowledgeable service our customers rely on. We offer an on-site parts and labor warranty. If warranty repair or replacement cannot be achieved in a timely manner, a loaner unit, in some cases, can be provided as needed until warranty labor is completed.

DCI provides complete on-site system training. This includes set-up, operation, connectivity, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures. Also, as you experience personnel changes, additional system training can be provided.
