The high standards we set for our technical service representatives allow us to provide the prompt, knowledgeable service our customers rely on. We offer an on-site parts and labor warranty. If warranty repair or replacement cannot be achieved in a timely manner, a loaner unit, in some cases, can be provided as needed until warranty labor is completed.
DCI provides complete on-site system training. This includes set-up, operation, connectivity, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures. Also, as you experience personnel changes, additional system training can be provided. |
